How long does my order take to ship?

As long as your selected product/s are in stock, your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. We use a tracked service through Australia Post who deliver within 3-5 business days depending on your location (rural areas may be longer).

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping due to the weight of our products making them expensive to ship, plus the fragile nature of the glass with heat sensitive wax. These products can only handle domestic shipping.

What is your return policy? 

If you have any questions or concerns about a received product that’s either not burning right or damaged upon delivery please contact us via email at admin@adelaidearoma.com.au to discuss either troubleshooting options or to request a replacement. (Photos of the damaged product or issue may be requested).
